What's that weird (British?) melody that plays in Dodge Journey commercials, and in a scene in

There's this weird 'dwo dwo, do do do do, dwo dwo dwo do do do do...' melody that plays in both a commercial for the new Dodge Journey.

It also plays in a scene in the movie '28 Days Later' where they go on a shopping spree in the grocery store.

Anyone know what it's called?
