What are some Highly Effective NCAA 2007 Football offensive Plays?

I have a few go-to plays, does anyone have plays that work anywhere between 60-95 % of the time...also what are some good defensive coverages when playing a team that mixes up the run and the pass quite well?

Empty backfield: Hitch play where the two outside receivers do a hitch the one on the right open about 85% of the time. Also in that same formation the play is to the right of the hitch (can't think of the name) where both outside receivers do a comeback route, hit the receiver on the left (if it is man coverage) in a zone you can try the deep ball and everyone in a while the tight end (this play will work EVERYTIME if you can read the defense). Won the NC with UK my first year on Heisman using this method. Option works quite well too.

i would have to say the option is one of the most effective plays in college football
I'm not sure if it is NCAA 2007, but I run a play in the Shotgun Trip formation. The two outside recievers run a post, and the slot receiver runs a quick outside slant about 5 yards to the sideline. It is a short pass, but usually the defense is too far back to cover it and the receiver is ALWAYS open and can usually get some good yards because he is one-on-one with the DB. Works best on the far side of the field.

On defense, the monster blitz in the 4-3 works pretty well.
