It plays in winamp on the computer but will not play in cd player. Any suggestions?

You have to make sure the file format for CD audio is AIFF stereo (interleaved) , 16 bit, 44.1Khz.

If its not, you need to convert the file to comply to that format. Normally (Ahead) Nero burning software can do that for you.
