Male Monologues From Published Plays Needed?

I need monologues that are in published plays.

The age of the character must be in his 20s.

I would prefer something serious, and with a dark edge to it something chilling but anything will be fine as they will have to contrast.

There must be at least 3minutes worth.

Any help?

Should have mentioned. It cannot be Shakespear or Williams, however anything else should be allright.
